Cedar Grove High School, in its fourth decade of academic and athletic achievement, provides a quality, comprehensive curriculum to all students. Students are offered a variety of elective courses and can choose from seven Advanced Placement courses. We are very proud to have been chosen, once again, as one of New Jersey Monthly’s top 75 schools. This is certainly a well deserved tribute to our faculty and student body. In addition to a stellar academic program, students at Cedar Grove High School can choose from a variety of co-curricular activities, including a full schedule of Colonial Hills Conference athletic programs and approximately 20 active clubs. The student government, or All School Council, grants students the opportunity to experience a democratic process while representing their peers and working with the administration to maintain and improve the quality atmosphere students enjoy at Cedar Grove High School.There are many avenues for students growth at Cedar Grove High School. The Peer Counseling program, comprised of students and counselors, is a distinguished program that promotes tolerance and school harmony while enhancing individual leadership skills. Cedar Grove High School also features service organizations, including chapters of the Key Club and Interact. These organizations, along with the All School Council and National Honor Society provide local, state, and national organizations with contributions to those in need.
